Unlike most other states, there is no Massachusetts SR22 insurance program. Massachusetts has specific procedures for in-state and out-of-state license suspensions. See the Mass.gov website for information on how to reinstate your driver’s license in Massachusetts.
If your Massachusetts license has been suspended as a result of a motor vehicle violation or court order in another state, you will need to file an SR22 certificate in that state in order to reinstate your license. See the Mass.gov website for information on the license reinstatement procedure for out of state suspensions.
Please note: UltraCar Insurance is not a provider of auto insurance in the state of Massachusetts. The only way we may be able to assist Massachusetts residents with an SR22 filing in another state is if they are also a resident of the state that requires the filing. We can only do an SR22 filing in one of the states we offer SR22 – and only if you have dual residency in Massachusetts and in the state that requires the SR22.
If you have questions about Massachusetts license reinstatement, an UltraCar Insurance agent can help point you in the right direction.
