Unlike most other states, Massachusetts has no SR22 insurance program. Massachusetts has specific procedures for in-state and out-of-state license suspensions. See the Mass.gov website for information on how to reinstate your driver’s license in Massachusetts.
If Massachusetts suspended your license as a result of a motor vehicle violation or court order in another state, you will need to file an SR22 certificate in that state to reinstate your license. See the Mass.gov website for information on the license reinstatement procedure for out-of-state reciprocal suspension clearances.
